Wezzlyvibe is the data controller for personal information of customers (Wix site owners and their team) and the data processor for personal information of end members processed on behalf of customers through the embedded community surfaces.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, billing details, plan, organization name.
• Wix integration data: site IDs, member IDs, OAuth tokens, embed configuration, and metadata necessary to operate the app.
• Community content: posts, chat messages, direct messages, reactions, reports, profile fields, and gamification events submitted by end members.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser, OS, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Cookies and similar: session, authentication, preference, and analytics cookies.
• Support communications: messages and attachments you send to us.

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• Process payments and send transactional notifications.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics about usage and engagement to operate and improve the Service.
• Train and improve internal models for moderation, ranking, and engagement features (we do not sell content to third-party model providers and do not train foundation models on your private community content without your consent).
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), consent (for certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, database, email, analytics, payment processors, AI providers) under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
• Wix, to the extent required to operate the integration you authorized.
• Customers, when you are an end member, with the Wix site owner who controls the community you participate in.
• Authorities, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Community content is retained until you or the controlling customer deletes it or terminates the account, after which it is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@wezzlyvibe.com. If you are an end member of a customer's community, please contact that customer first; we will assist them in responding.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.

Some features use AI to generate, classify, or moderate content. Inputs and outputs may be processed by trusted AI providers under contractual restrictions. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, or confidential third-party information to AI features.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
